WEB SITE WORK PROCESS

Consultation and Strategy
In the initial consultation, we help identify objectives and define your project goals. We listen, we ask questions, and we review your competition and their
sites. We get to know you, your business model and your customer-set so that we can develop a detailed plan to meet your needs. We can then present a
proposal including milestones and costs.

Site Planning
The client information is organized and the site structure begins to take shape. We define navigation, structure flow, content development and technology
requirements. A flow chart that visually depicts the site's components is created for client review and approval. At this point the site “ownership” - who on
client’s side is responsible for providing content and approvals is defined.

Designing "Look-and-Feel"
After the flow chart is presented and approved, we create several sample site compositions that reflect the strategy, user experience and intended
"personality" of your site. Presented online for review, one set of comps generally includes a home page, a category "drill-down" page and one page of
product or services detail. We generally present three different sets for client consideration.

Production
Once the "look-and-feel" design is approved, StreetSmart begins the actual production of your site. The major site elements: programming, data base
connection/design, HTML, illustration, text content and photography, are integrated to form the final pages. A working prototype is deployed prior to final
assembly and production to keep on-target and refine issues.

Testing and Analysis
When the site is complete, it is placed on the Web in a protected directory for you to preview. Now we begin the testing process to make sure all the
interactive components are working properly. We test the site on multiple platforms using different Web browsers, resolutions and connection rates to
ensure that the site will be accessible to your target audience.

Launch and Promotion
Next we work with you to create keywords and key phrases that best describe your site and create Meta tags that assist search engines in indexing or
"finding" your site. Once your web site is launched, we help you register it with major search engines and directories on the Internet.

Site Maintenance
StreetSmart can include maintenance for a minimum period of three months after your site is launched.
