E-LEARNING WORK PROCESS

Initial Consultation
In the initial consultation, we help identify objectives and define your project goals. We listen, we ask questions, and when possible we review your
competition and their demos. We get to know you, your audience and your teaching style and preferences.

Standards and Ownership
Before we can start we have to define e-learning audience and the best tools and technology to deliver your message. Some areas of consideration are:
- goals
- duration
- technology
- back-end requirements
- course access
- completion verification
- tracking and grading
- ownership and responsibilities
- legal

Existing Course Evaluation
Together with the course author or development team we evaluate existing course adaptability to the e-learning. In case of the course currently being
taught “live”, we videotape lectures to supplement course outlines, PowerPoint presentations and slide shows.

Storyboarding
Creation of frame-by-frame representation of your e-learning course. Determines visual, audio and textual assets needed for the project.

Designing "Look-and-Feel"
We create several sample static designs that reflect the strategy, user experience and intended "personality" of the course. One of the designs is finalized.

Pre-Production / Assets Development
Final scripts are written and approved. Voice-overs are recorded, diagrams and illustrations drawn, photographs taken and screens captured. All
developed assets are reviewed, approved and optimized for production.

Production
E-learning course comes together as a Flash movie, HTML with Javascript or a combination.

Testing
Completed project is tested to make sure all the interactive components are working properly.
