PRODUCT DEMO WORK PROCESS

Initial Consultation
In the initial consultation, we help identify objectives and define your project goals. We listen, we ask questions, and when possible we review your
competition and their demos. We get to know you, your business model and your customer-set so that we can develop a detailed plan to meet your needs.

Standards and Ownership
Before we can start actual demo production we have to define demo audience and the best tools and technology to deliver your message. At this point the
project “ownership” - who on client’s side is responsible for providing content and approvals - is defined.

Storyboarding
Creation of frame-by-frame log of your product demo. Determines visual, audio and textual assets needed for the project.

Designing "Look-and-Feel"
We create several sample static designs that reflect the strategy, user experience and intended "personality" of your demo. One of the designs is finalized.

Pre-Production
Final scripts are written and approved. Voice-overs are recorded, diagrams and illustrations drawn, photographs taken and screens captured. All assets
are reviewed, approved and optimized for production.

Production
Demo comes together as a Flash movie, HTML with Java or a combination.

Testing and Analysis
When the demo is complete, it is placed on the Web in a protected directory for you to preview. Now we begin the testing process to make sure all the
interactive components are working properly. We test the demo on multiple platforms using different Web browsers, resolutions and connection rates to
ensure that the demo will be accessible to your target audience.
